The Community Supported Agriculture model is so helpful to me as a small farmer, a win-win as the CSA member gets access to the freshest vegetables around, and the farmer gets a financial boost at the beginning of the season when supplies for the year are purchased. I love curating the shares, mixing veggies that could go well together in a meal, and giving diversity in flavors and textures. Each share comes with a cheery email with vegetable information and recipes.
***If you have to miss a week there are a few options available if given notice. For misses I suggest having a friend pick up your share if you are unable, OR, we can add a share at the end of the season, we can double up shares one week, or we can donate the vegetables.****
